Gratitude was the theme of our third Family and Community Dinner of the 2019-2020 school year!
Thank you for joining us at Sunnyside Community Services for another wonderful dinner. From creating gratitude pumpkins and filling the tree with gratitude leaves, to discussing with other attendees, families and students shared what they were thankful for.

- Friday, December 20: Our next Family and Community Dinner will be held at P.S. 69 in Jackson Heights. Please RSVP by emailing [email protected] or calling 833-543-7473.
- January is NYC Scholarship Month! Throughout the month of January 2020, you and your child will have the opportunity to participate in college-and-career-themed activities at your child’s school. We will also welcome new families to the Save for College Community. Keep an eye out for information from your child’s school for more information.
- New Community Scholarships: We look forward to announcing new Community Scholarship partnerships with local organizations and businesses in the new year. Keep checking your child’s account on Savings Tracker to see the latest deposits from the community into their NYC Scholarship Account. Also, let us know if you have ideas for Community Scholarship opportunities in your neighborhood.
- The Next Steps to Save: If you haven’t finished all 3 Building Blocks yet, click here, call 833-543-7473, or come to a Save for College Program event to complete these steps. Don’t miss your chance to earn scholarship rewards for your child’s educational future!
